We have an opportunity for a Laboratory Glassware Washer to join our Facilities department providing support to business operations and washing of Laboratory Glassware / Plastic / PTFE. This is a part time vacancy working Monday - Friday 13:15 -17:00

Responsibilities & Skills

- Primary Role Laboratory Glass washing duties including glass, plastic and PTFE containers used in laboratory operations as per SOP.
- Secondary Role General cleaning offices, laboratories, toilets, showers etc using various equipment and methods.
- Report any incidents or accidents.
- To wear any protective clothing provided by the Company.
- Ensure safety in the workplace, ensuring compliance with all instructions relating to the use and storage of materials/equipment necessary for the performance of tasks.
- Follow health and safetypolicies and procedures at all times.
- To undertake other tasks of an appropriate nature in consultation with your Line Manager.

Required Knowledge and Work Experience

Essential
- Ability to work unsupervised.
- Good attention to detail.
- Flexible working attitude.

Desirable
- Previous cleaning experience.
- Current clean driving licence.

Hours of work - Monday - Friday 13:15-17:00
