**Location: Thomas’s College, Richmond**

The Administration Team Leader looks after the School Office, including an administration team of four and reception team of two, and also plays a key role in working with other Business & Operations staff and all wider roles across the school. As Team Leader, the post-holder champions a flexible and harmonious approach among colleagues who share the vital work of supporting and carrying out many day-to-day duties around the school. Happiness and job satisfaction are vital in this area and the Team Leader helps ensure that all members of the team feel recognition and connection to the wider life of the school.

Alongside this co-ordination of activity, the post-holder has direct responsibility supporting the Academic & Provision team at the College, led by the Deputy Head Academic and the Deputy Head Community. This includes oversight of matters to do with calendar and scheduling and close collaboration with the Senior Administrator and Exams Officer.

If required, the **first round of interviews** will take place on **Friday, 16th May** and **in person interviews** will take place at Thomas’s Putney Vale on **Thursday, 21st May 2025**. Please note that referees will be contacted prior to the interview.
