**Events Server** will actively demonstrate excellence in customer care and service, whilst maintaining a professional image at all times within the hotel. You will also be:
- Ensuring that all guests are welcomed into the outlets in a warm, genuine and professional manner
- To work closely with the Conference and Banqueting team in ensuring that improvements in the department are on-going and consistent.
- To ensure that high standards of personal and food hygiene are maintained within all areas of the department. To be involved in all audits that are completed within the department.
- Anticipating and identifying guest expectations, to ensure that their needs are met and where possible to exceed demand
- To maximize the sales of the Conference and Banqueting department and maximize room nights and sales within the all other Food and Beverage outlets.
- Move furniture and set-up the Events spaces according to the Function sheet
**Must have**:
- Have a good attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good spoken/written English
- Flexibility is essential as the events schedule is always changing.
- Must be able to work full time.
**Advantage**:

- H&S/Food hygiene qualifications
