**Receptionist - Central London**

We're working with a law firm based in central London who're looking for a Receptionist to join their FOH team.

They're looking for a reliable and professional individual who can effectively manage the front desk operations and administrative tasks

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department
- Provide information to callers and visitors regarding the company and its services
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Assist with data entry and maintaining electronic and hard copy records
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Strong clerical skills, including typing, data entry, and filing
- Knowledge of office procedures and phone etiquette
- Familiarity with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing calendars

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £32,000.00 per year
