As an industry leading IMI accredited employer, we train our people to fit and repair glass to the higheststandards so you can be an experienced fitter or if you looking to learn a new skill we, can help you too. **What will a day with us look like?** Based in our centres or out and about meeting customers at their home or place of work you'll be repairing or replacing vehicle glass to the highest standards with industry leading technology and tools. Collaborationis part of our DNA and so you'll be working with our teams here at Autoglass® including our Customer Experience Centre and District Support Team Members. All in all, it's about solving our customers problems with real care. **So, what are we looking for?** - You are a people person who is genuinely happy working with customers and the public - You can keep yourself motivated and driven whilst working independently - You have a full UK driving license - You have proof of yourright to work in the UK **Why join us?** As a start we can offer you: - Trainee Starting salary of £23,930 with a clear pathway to increasing salary through building your experience with us - Experienced Starting salary of up to £27,737.33 also with a clearpathway to increasing salary through building your experience with us - Generous bonus scheme related to both personal and team performance - Up to 15% pension contributions - based on employee contribution of 5% - A nationally recognised IMI Technician qualification
