**Your responsibilities**

As a Food and Beverage Assistant with The Doxford Group, it is essential that you have an outgoing personality and adhere to exceptionally high standards of H&S, hygiene, service and customer care. A friendly and flexible working style, good problem-solving skills and the ability to keep calm under pressure are important attributes for this position. Excellent organisational and communication skills are extremely important as well as the ability to work as part of a team or independently.

**Your Main Duties are to**:

- Maintain high standards of venue hygiene/cleanliness and keep cleaning records up to date (Compliance diaries and checklists etc).
- Deliver excellent customer service, exceeding guest expectations.
- Sharing responsibility for all finance issues. This includes but not limited to; transaction checks, line checks, balancing of tills and safe checks.
- Support with the ordering, rotation, storage and recording of all bar products.
- Ensuring the bar has sufficient stock.
- Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring they are satisfied with their meals and completing customer care checks.
- Maximise sales.
- Communicate and co-ordinate with the kitchen effectively.
- Prepare and execute the entire menu including cocktails and bar snacks.
- Support the delivery of consistent high standards of health and safety and guest satisfaction by ensuring a thorough process of opening and closing duties is carried out. This includes but not limited to: venue security, set up and break down of all venue spaces, linen management, regular toilet checks, deep cleaning of all areas and equipment and honest completion of all relevant checklists.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: From £10.50 per hour
