Hybrid role with 2 days in the office per week
**Role Description**
We’re looking for a **Client Support Administrator** to join the team here at Allianz Engineering, based in Guildford. This role sits within our Client Support Team, responsible for providing customer support to a wide range of Allianz Engineering Inspection clients.
As part of this role you’ll be communicating with our inspection clients on a daily basis, answering any queries with regards to their plant inspections whilst liaising with our mobile engineers to arrange for them to be completed and also assisting our clients in accessing and navigating our client portal.
Alongside this you’ll be working closely with a variety of internal stakeholders at all levels, answering queries and providing administrative support where needed.
**Essential Skills**
- Experience working within a customer service / customer facing role is essential
- Strong IT skills with experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word etc.)
- Administration experience within an office environment is essential Educated to GCSE level or equivalent, including Maths and English
**Desirable Skills**
- Experience/ an understanding of the Inspection market
**Key Accountabilities**
- Liaise directly with mobile Allianz Engineers to arrange inspections of plant & equipment on behalf of clients.
- Provide support to internal stakeholders at all levels across Allianz Engineering Inspection Services
- Reconcile data between client and Allianz schedules, making amendments as appropriate.
- Gather management information in respect of key clients, providing this to internal stakeholders.
