**Job objectives and responsibilities**

Represent the interests of both Mitie and the client in regard to checking that project communication and the quality of both materials and workmanship are in accordance with the project requirements.

**Main duties**
- To provide high quality, proactive and efficient Project orientated support works associated with projects/small works in an assigned geographical area.
- Ensure project status information is available through collaborative co-ordination with the wider internal account team and external supply chain.
- Owning and delivering smaller projects.
- Assisting with the planning and delivery of larger projects.
- The preparation and management of documents associated to projects delivered.
- Liaising with multiple stakeholders including Mitie's internal divisions, contractors, suppliers, our client and statutory/legal authorities.
- Supporting the Account Team when called upon with advice and guidance.

**Person Specification**
- A recognised Project Management qualification.
- In possession of or willing to work towards additional relevant qualifications:

- IOSHH Managing Safety
- CSCS Skill Card
- SMSTS
- Facilities Operations or Project experience desirable.
- An understanding of budgeting and planning.
- A willingness to learn on the job.
- Customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
- Strong analytical/Excel skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and in a matrixed organization.
- Flexible approach to working hours.
- Ability to assimilate large volume of data and summarise
- Ability to work independently, proactively and with versatility in responding to changing circumstances.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
- Well organised with excellent time management, ability to work in a pressurised environment
