**UK Midlands - Hybrid Role / WFH reporting to a Midlands HQ**

FTSE 250 Total IT Solutions Provider with their heart in the Midlands area urgently require a focused, professional and client facing Network Architect / Solutions Lead who still has the desire to offer hands-on capability as and when required.

In this role you will be client facing, engaging with SME's and Technical Leads and will allow you to work in a multi-sector arena delivering varied Network Solutions to a diverse clientele that include MoD, MoJ, Public Sector, Education, Banking & Finance,Retail, Hospitality & Leisure, ultimately increasing your overall portfolio.

Ideally, you will have earned your stripes as a Network Engineer and then earned impressive battle scars as a Senior Network Solutions Consultant and now as part of your natural progression be heading towards the upper echelon of Network Solutions and NetworkArchitecture.

**To secure this post**:

- You will be capable of Designing, Planning and Deploying Enterprise Network Solutions.
- You will have experience in Consulting
- You will be capable of implementing large scale projects including developing roadmaps
- You will be influential describing the evolution of Network Solutions
- You will need to be an advocate of documentation able to produce clear and concise information through the solutions process from inception to completion
- You will scope and assess for network infrastructure improvements
- You will define and justify network service solutions
- You will balance critical functional and quality of service for Enterprise Networks
- You will need to ensure business requirements are translated into Network Solutions which align with strategy, standards, and industry best practices for your clients.

You will need a strong technical background within large LAN/WAN multiprotocol enterprise network infrastructures and be tasked with designing and implementing 1st class Network Solutions for growing organisations business objectives and shaping and definingtheir network services for the future.

You will need a proven understanding of Data Centre Environments including LAN/WAN frameworks and offer your expertise with design, alignment, change and integration to ensure new strategies and initiatives are fit for purpose.

**Required Technical Skills**:

- Cisco CCNP and/or CCDA
- Cisco Meraki
- Palo Alto
- Azure Cloud Networking
- Wi-Fi
- MPLS

**Highly Desirable Certifications**:

- Cisco CCNP, CCDA
