**Who are we looking for?**

Are you a confident and dynamic communicator who thrives on bringing fantastic talent into a business?

As a proactive problem solver with an ability to see the ‘bigger picture’ and a sharp eye for detail, you'll take ownership of the recruitment process, leaving no stone unturned in the pursuit of top-tier talent.

Previous recruitment experience isn’t necessary; however, you will have some form of commercial experience. An ambition to progress and continuously seek ways to improve the way we do things is essential.

**The role of Recruitment Coordinator at BBF**
- Managing and updating the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Completing and distributing recruitment authority forms (RAFs) through our E-Signature software to relevant stakeholders
- Completing necessary paperwork in relation to new starters.
- Assist with the onboarding of new starters.
- Assist with the creation of employer branding content, including videos.

Our team of experts develop and manufactures a wide range of high-quality ambient cake products across several different categories including celebration cake, mini rolls, mince pies, fruit pies and a wide range of chilled desserts including cheesecake, crumbles and sponge cakes. These include mince pies, celebration cakes, slab cakes, cupcakes and many more
