SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for HR Advisor/ HR Assistant in the care sector for a 9 month FTC. The role will be remote but you will be required travel to North West occasionally. Our client offers a fantastic, friendly and remote environment as well as the opportunity for you to get your teeth stuck into a varied role.

The HR Advisor role is generalist in nature and will work closely with the ER Manager supporting on a range of areas:

- Supporting on the recruitment process, liaising with managers, interviewing, shortlisting and managing the offer process
- Working with the L&D team to ensure all employees are compliant and meet any training requirements including inductions and broader learning and development
- Support the company engagement activity, taking ownership and providing advice on improvements
- Employee Relations - Provide advice and guidance to employees and managers on any cases
- Support Managers in managing absence, sickness and investigating any causes for staff absences
- Working closely with the HR Director and HR Manager to produce reports
