We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice to join our friendly Administration Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a busy, fast-paced environment while developing essential business skills that will set you up for a successful career in the property industry.
**Job Purpose**
As an Apprentice in the Administration Team, you will be supporting the smooth running of daily operations across various business functions. You’ll play a key role in assisting with customer service, managing property-related tasks, and providing administrative support to ensure everything runs efficiently. From answering phone calls to booking property viewings and raising maintenance requests, no two days will be the same
**Main Duties**
- Answering phone calls and providing excellent customer service
- Raising maintenance requests and liaising with contractors to ensure prompt resolution of issues
- Booking property viewings and managing appointments for clients
- Assisting with tenant move-ins and move-outs, ensuring all required documentation is completed
- Supporting with accounts-related tasks, such as invoicing, rent collection, and other administrative duties
- Maintaining accurate records of properties and clients on internal systems
- General administrative support to help keep the business running smoothly
**What We’re Looking For**
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional telephone manner
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- A basic understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- No prior experience is necessary - a genuine interest in the property sector and administrative work is essential
- A team player who can also work independently when needed
