**A and K Home Care Services are looking for Field Care co-Ordinator**

**to join the established team.**

**(THIS IS NOT JUST AN OFFICE JOB)**

Work in the community help encourage people stay independent within their own homes at home whilst supporting the care staff.

**Requirements of Care Support Worker.**
- A positive caring care background
- Driving licence is needed as we work in the community.
- Availability
- Full time
- Good communication

**Responsibilities of Care Support Worker**
- The ability to follow care plans and maintain standards of care staff.
- To provide the people we are fortunate to care for the best service possible
- Ensuring the safety and security of service users and their family’s
- To manage flexible learning/training opportunity’s
- Managing the care staff to achieve high standards
