**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Issue necessary documentation to Levy Transfer applicant employers and learners in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Perform due diligence checks on Levy Transfer applicants.
- Update the CRM system and keep the Levy Transfer portal up to date.
**Skills & Experience**
- Minimum of 2 years demonstrable experience in an administrative role, preferably within the education or training sector.
- Proven experience working with customers using strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to question and seek out information.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
- Ability to understand and explain the benefits of apprenticeships and Levy Transfer funding.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office particularly the Word, Excel and Outlook.
