Are you an experienced
**Facilities Coordinator** with experience of working within commercial property to include multi-tenanted offices or flexible working spaces?

You will be providing support to the
**Facilities Management Team**, ensuring that the highest level of service is provided onsite to tenants and visitors of a prime office building in
**Brighton.**

You will be reporting any issues that may affect the client/tenant/service of the property, providing administrative support to the FM Team, ensuring compliance with FM policies and procedures, maintaining filing systems, updating H&S systems, liaising with contractors/tenants/suppliers, and ensuring invoices are correct. This is a busy role which will keep you on your toes

**Salary**: up to
**£28,000** depending on skills & experience

You should have plenty of experience working in facilities management and administration - it would be useful if you've got accounts or invoicing experience too.

It's important that you have excellent I.T skills in Microsoft Office and perhaps accounting software or other in-house systems.
