In your role as an Area Manager you will lead and oversee management of all 7 Sales Branches and colleagues within your region. You will work to meet and exceed performance and financial targets set, and you will drive engagement and collaboration amongst yourteams...you will work alongside your peers in other parts of the business to maximise opportunity.You will have previous estate agency experience, this is essential for the role.
This is a fantastic chance to be part of the Senior Management Team within our UK Sales branch network. reporting directly to the Managing Director of the region.
**Your role will involve**:
- Supporting the company vision and ensuring that the Sales culture is effectively communicated and understood by all colleagues throughout the region
- Recruit, coach, develop and effectively manage all employees to ensure that performance is optimised across the board
- Ensure employee engagement is maximised through 121 s, action planning, pro-active recruitment, minimising attrition and driving retention of your teams
- Manage, monitor and report on the region’s performance against agreed key financial business indicators on the region’s P&L and against set performance metrics to ensure delivery of income targets
- Grow market share significantly by adopting pro-active working processes and identifying business growth opportunities
- Demonstrable experience of building and leading high performing teams in fast paced and demanding environments
- Been a valued member of high performing teams within a highly customer centric service or retail industry environment
- Proven ability to influence, shape and lead significant change
- Inspirational leadership ability, with approachability and humility
- High levels of P&L accountability and commercial exposure
