Exam Invigilator

Looking to recruit additional Exam Invigilators to join our established team, assisting with both internal and external examinations throughout the academic year.
**Duties**
- Assisting with setting-up examination venues by laying out stationery, equipment and examination papers
- Checking attendance during examinations
- Recording details of late arrivals
- Collecting and collating scripts at the end of the examination
- Assisting with the preparation of script envelopes
- Assisting with the packing of examination papers, stationery and equipment before examinations, and the delivery to and from venues as appropriate
- Assisting with the preparation of seating plans
Previous experience would be an advantage but it is not essential as full training will be provided. Applicants must be available to work at agreed times between the hours of 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday, on an ad hoc basis during examination periods.

- Excellent organisational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently during examinations.
- A commitment to upholding academic integrity and fairness throughout the assessment process.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Confidence in working one-to-one with students in an exam setting.
- A vigilant and attentive approach to monitoring exam rooms.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to follow strict procedures.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Willingness to undergo a DBS check or possess an updated DBS on the update service.
- Fully checkable work history
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: £10.63-£12.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 3 per week
