**GDS Maintenance provides reactive maintenance to Letting Agents, landlords and home owners in Manchester**and **the North West**

Due to expansion, we are looking for new full time employed Joiner/Multi Skilled Maintenance Operatives to join our small, friendly team.

Day to day tasks include:
*Carrying out both preventative and reactive maintenance work and completing
all associated documentation within agreed timeframes.

*Logging/photographing of jobs via company software

Person Specification:

- Understanding and knowledge of Health and safety regulations within the building trade
- Experience of undertaking building / general maintenance work within in a similar industry in areas such as
- Joinery
- Plastering
- Plumbing
- Painting and Decorating
- Hanging and fitting doors/repairing locks
- Basic plastering/brick work
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to plan and manage own workload using own initiative
- Able to work as part of a team
- Ability to multi task and prioritise jobs

Optional overtime/on call shifts available

van supplied

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Overtime.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £18.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Joinery: 1 year (preferred)
- Carpentry: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- CSCS (preferred)
- Driving Licence (preferred)
