We’ve raised a £15m series A and we’re looking for a People and Talent Coordinator to join our team. You will work closely with our Head of People to build the best experience for everyone who engages with Converge. You are a generalist at heart and keen to learn everything from sourcing to delivering projects. You are dynamic and humble, bringing a little something something to our diverse team. Big plus if you have the natural ability to bring people together (commonly the hostess/host with the most-ess).

**Success in the first 3 months looks like**:

- Improvements in our onboarding process, measured by 1 monthly check-in evaluation score.
- A completed progression framework for one team with the support and guidance from the Head of People.

**Responsibilities**:

- Own and deliver projects based on your interests and team needs.
- Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events, etc., and maintain the team’s agenda.
- Respond to internal and external People and Talent inquiries or requests and provide assistance.

- You have an in-depth understanding of sourcing tools, like resume databases and online communities.
- You have experience working in an office environment or a customer-facing environment.
- You have a foundation through studies or work experience in human resource best practices and legals.
