We’re looking for a **Multi Skilled Operator - Hygiene** to join our nightshift Manufacturing team at our Bathgate site.

**About the Role**

Working 4 nights on (12 hour shift), 4 nights off, you’ll play a key role in maintaining exceptional hygiene standards across the site, supporting production, and enabling smooth and safe operations.

As a **Multi Skilled Operator - Hygiene**, you will:

- Deliver high quality hygiene practices across all manufacturing areas
- Strip down, clean/sanitise, and set up machinery following strict methods of work
- Operate hygiene equipment safely and effectively
- Identify, report, and escalate any damage or issues found during cleaning
- Support engineering with machine strip-downs
- Train and support team members and temporary staff
- Work safely at all times, following health & safety, chemical handling, and PPE procedures

This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working in demanding environments, has high attention to detail, and takes pride in maintaining hygiene excellence.

- Have experience working in hygiene, food manufacturing, or similar environments
- Are confident using cleaning equipment and chemicals safely
- Understand the importance of hygiene compliance and food safety standards
- Can work independently and as part of a collaborative team
