Overview of role
The core focus of this role is to work within a small warehouse team to facilitate the smooth running of production, whilst maintaining our high standards of health and safety, food safety and food quality.

We have a great opportunity to join our Bardney Warehouse Team on a permanent basis. You will report to the Warehouse Performance Lead, supporting the production lines.
Key Accountabilities
You will ensure the production lines are supplied with the correct materials in line with food safety standards. You will maintain good manufacturing practice in a safe manner.
The Right Person
You will be working in a challenging and busy environment; therefore, you will need to make sound and timely decisions within the scope of the role, with an understanding of when to escalate issues. You will have the ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues in all departments and be a role model for health, safety, wellbeing, and food hygiene.

You will also take ownership for your performance, challenge poor standards and practices and have the ability to motivate yourself and others.
