Forseven, a revolutionary company looking to transform the EV industry through cutting-edge technology and innovative engineering practices, is seeking exceptional a Head of Public Relations to join our vision in making Forseven the most famous, respected and trusted carmaker globally. The Head of Public Relations will create and lead PR strategy, planning and operations for an exciting new start-up.

This is a rare and exciting opportunity to build up the PR function and create a team within a fast paced scale-up, able to deliver on Communications strategy and objectives, whilst championing the differentiation of Forseven through innovative and impactful PR initiatives.

This is a critical senior role to establish a successful start in PR for Forseven, especially relating to our interface with the media as we build up brand awareness and reputation.

**What you will do**:
Manage the PR team to devise and execute best-in-class PR strategies and plans aligned to business needs

Recruit, motivate and develop a high-performing team, in line with headcount plan

Work closely with colleagues in Brand, Storytelling, Marketing and Communications to ensure alignment on plans and outputs, and support Comms colleagues when required

Develop strong relationships with key business partners, suppliers and agencies, and ensure effective interaction with regional/market teams

Lead by example, and foster a collaborative and innovative spirit in your team

Create PR plans to deliver successful launches of new products and technologies

Lead engagement with relevant audiences - especially media - across the regions, acting as spokesperson as required

Support the other Communications functions as required - including Corporate Communications, Internal Communications, Events

Ensure reporting and analysis are in place to measure performance and to help continuously seek improvements

Lead budget and resource management for your function

**We would like you to have**:
Significant experience as a Public Relations professional

Experience of building and leading successful teams

Strong experience in automotive / EV or technology sector

Able to evidence successful media relations programmes

Collaborative, with culturally-sensitive mindset and global perspective

International experience, preferably
