Applause IT are looking for a Change Project Manager with experience managing business change focused IT projects to join a leading law firm. They pride themselves on being forward-thinking and straight-talking, working with a range of clients in the FTSE100 and private companies.
Our client is currently going through a phase of growth, looking to grow across their IT department. As the Change Project Manager, you will be involved in the definition and delivery of transformational change across the company and IT system/processesimprovements as well as developing client-specific solutions.
You will be responsible for end-to-end project management of all projects and ensuring the successful delivery of projects within the agreed time scales and budget. You will be in charge of identifying, initiating, and maintaining project RAIDs for all projectsand programmes of work. You'll own the work breakdown structure, production of estimates, project plans, technical plans and requirements, finances, risk & contingency, scope management and change control.
**Requirements**:
- A background in professional services
- Experience as a Project Manager delivering end-to-end IT projects
- Excellent problem analysis, system design, troubleshooting and resolution skills
- The ability to communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders with varying degrees of technical understanding
- Experience building relationships with C-level stakeholders.
