Job Title: Customer Service Administrator (Temporary to Permanent)
Location: High Wycombe
**Salary**: £11 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm (40 hours per week)
Contract Type: 12 weeks temporary contract then permanent
Key responsibilities:
- Responding to customer complaints and resolving issues
- Updating customer records and maintaining accurate databases
- Liaising with other departments to ensure smooth communication
- Providing administrative support to the wider team
**Requirements**:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
- Purchase ledger desirable and strong admin
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 12 weeks
**Salary**: From £11.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- High Wycombe: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
