**About the Role**:
Our marketing team are currently looking for a Senior Customer and Trade Executive to support the strategy and planning of marketing campaigns, from concept to creation.

You’ll play a key role in the coordinating, briefing, aligning and reporting of campaigns, as well as managing the campaign planning critical path; giving you the autonomy to work closely with the likes of eCommerce, retail and wider marketing functions to deliver effectively.

Key responsibilities include:

- Supporting the development of the trade marketing strategy holistically and divisionally
- Critical path management, ensuring all strategic planning meetings and deadlines are diarised and met so that activity is delivered on time in line with trade requirements
- Coordinating information from the product teams to complete briefing for all marketing campaigns to the wider marketing teams and agencies
- Maintaining key planning docs including the marketing calendar, briefs and asset tracker
- Co ordinating and distributing weekly comms packs to internal stakeholders
- Attending product reviews and ensuring that all campaign requirements are captured within production asset briefs ahead of upcoming photo shoots
- Digital asset management in line with product intake
- Leading relevant planning meetings with stakeholders across the business, taking minutes and following up with actions
- Championing the customer journey ensuring that campaigns are executed in a simple way and aligned to the customer mindset

**About You**:

- Previous retail marketing experience
- Passion for marketing and ecom
- Commercial mindset
- IT literate with knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication skills
