Seven Education is looking for an Partnership Practice Education Lead in Bexley

1. Purpose of the job

The purpose of this role is to work with social work and social care staff, social work students and social work education academics to improve the quality and quantity of professional development and knowledge transfer opportunities across the Co-ProductionAlliance Teaching Partnership. This will involve but is not limited to the following tasks: undertaking a practice education role with students; undertaking a practice assessor role with staff undertaking Practice Educator Training ; providing input into theASYE programmes and mentoring of NQSW in the preparation of their portfolios ; providing teaching input as appropriate and according to expertise in the University of Greenwich Social Work Programmes and with partners as required.

2. Dimensions

The aim of this role is to improve the quality and quantity of professional development opportunities for social work students and professionals across the Teaching Partnership.

The post is not a budget holding post.

The post does not involvement line management responsibilities.

**Job Context**:
This post is grant funded to LB Bexley on behalf of the Co-Production Alliance Teaching Partnership
This post is a fixed term contract, and would be available as a secondment post

The post holder reports to the Project Lead

The post holder will work a 36-hour week, with the occasional requirement to work outside 'normal' office hours.
