The Aim of this role will be to provide support to the Trading Manager in making our supplier & customer relationships the best within our industry.

Roles and responsibilities of a Junior Buyer:

- Management of a proportion of suppliers through negotiations & regular contact to improve supplier performance to deliver on commercial objectives.
- Support the Buyer with all procurement & buying related tasks such as selecting the right product to assist the delivery of the company growth strategy as well as providing full administrative support to the purchasing team
- Assist the buyer with monitoring supplier & category performance as well as reviewing customer insights, helping shape our product and range requirements for customers.
- Maintaining & validating all supplier documentation, certification & invoicing etc
- Ownership and execution of the supplier promotional process
- Assisting with trade marketing & collateral needed for our website and sales enablement
