Watford House is looking to appoint a Senior Care Assistant (Nightshift)

Our residential home is in the beautiful High Peak, providing high quality residential, respite and dementia care to 36 residents.

We pride ourselves on creating a first-class care service for our residents, which is supported by our outstanding, close-knit care team.We firmly believe that the staff retention at Watford House, some of the staff have been with us for 30 years, hashelped consistently deliver strong results.

**Senior Care Assistant Contract**
£10.50 per hour
36 hours per week
Pension
5.6 weeks annual leave
Paid DBS
Free parking

Typically, a Senior Care Assistant is expected to have an NVQ Level 3, but we would seriously consider an experienced Care Assistant, who has an NVQ Level 2 and aspires to pass their NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care.

Putting qualifications aside for a moment, we are looking for caring and empathetic individuals, who have a genuine interest in caring for the elderly.
