Admin / Sales / Marketing

Temporary Contract / Part Time

Working in a small but busy office in Sunderland as part of a small Family Business. We are looking for a new member of the team working 16 hours per week over 4 days Monday to Thursday. This is a part-time role and will become a permanent role for the right person, which will be monitored within 3 month rolling contracts. This job has its opportunities to becoming a full-time permanent job to the right person.

A highly organised person with multitasking skills is essential in this fast-moving environment. Ability to work alone using own initiative as well as working as part of a small team with good computer experience. An eye for detail would also be desirable.
An eye with social media,youtube video editing etc would be an advantage

**Responsibilities**:

- Handling all incoming phone calls from customers and dealing with their requirements
- Updating Stock to Website and other online marketing websites
- Managing the social media platforms of enquiries, photo’s videos etc.
- All organisation of servicing, warranty and repairs of the compact tractors.

**The Person**:

- Good communication skills
- Numerate and analytical
- Good mainframe & PC skills
- Customer Orientated
- Customer Service Skills essential
- Familiar with all aspects of selling
- Good attention to detail
- Flexibility
- Good time management
- Willing to learn.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 per week

**Salary**: £10.00 per hour
