**The Opportunity**
As our Head of HR for the College of Medicine and Veterinary Medicine you will lead a team of HR Partners providing a comprehensive professional HR service to the College’s diverse workforce of over of 3,000 employees. As a key member of the College leadership team and the University’s HR Leadership team, you will contribute at a strategic level and play a leading role in shaping and delivering change across the College and the wider University

**What you’ll bring**

You’ll have clear leadership skills, with a pragmatic mind-set to balance the legal implications, risk appetite and business needs of stakeholders. You will provide direction and expert advice in the resolution of complex HR casework and exercise strong influencing, coaching and facilitation skills to constructively challenge established ways of working to encourage a culture of continuous improvement.
