Appointment setters aid the business development team by outreaching prospective clients and scheduling appointments with our client’s field sales team. You the appointment setter can focus across inbound and outbound sales but are resolute to the outbound sales team.

Additionally, the appointment setter supplies full customer and administrative support.

**Key responsibilities of the role**:

- Our client seeks individuals to make outbound telephone calls to potential customers to schedule appointments for the sales teams
- Demonstrate an aptitude for sales and be able to find added products and services to increase customer satisfaction
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly appointment and pipeline targets
- Follow up with potential customers promptly
- Have a cheerful outlook toward customers in all interactions and prove a positive rapport

**The experience and skills that we are looking for include**:

- Effective communication skills and telephone manner
- Comfortable in working towards targets and KPI's
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience in outbound sales business to business
- Telecoms knowledge would be preferred but is not essential
- Proven experience as an appointment setter, sales representative, or similar will be advantageous.
- Computer literate.
- Top-notch verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent phone etiquette.
- Professional and courteous disposition.
- Persuasive and results-oriented

**Salary**: From £23,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme
- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (required)
- Outbound sales: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Telephony: 1 year (preferred)
