Fitters Assistant

We are looking for a Fitters Assistant to work in a team installing our products to residential, commercial and site premises whilst providing excellent customer service.

You will fit this role perfectly if you have a **practical approach to work**, are able to work with **tools** and enjoy completing projects from start to finish, within a **physically demanding external environment.**

Being **driven and versatile** with your working approach whilst **cohering to health and safety standards** will be key to this role.

**What will you be doing?**
- Load van according to job.
- Drive the van to site, ensuring the van is clean and tidy wherever possible.
- Unload the van and prepare tools.
- Plan and set area.
- Install the product to the area according to the installation drawing.
- Programme and test product, make any adjustments if required.
- Clean site and reload van.
- Assist the team leader and other members of the team.

Don’t worry if you do not have specific experience in the external solar shading sector, we are enthusiastic about what we do and will be happy to teach you.

You will work as part of a small, valued team where you can be **proud of where you work and what you can achieve.**

The position is full-time and includes **regular nights away**. **A full driving license is required.**
