To work proactively in partnership with recruiting managers and take a lead on recruitment.
This includes advertising, selection, and on-boarding coordination for new and replacement roles as recruitment coordinator.

A company in the centre of Brighton who are looking for a recruitment coordinator as a permanent role.
**Description**
As recruitment coordinator your key responsibilities will be;
- Build strong relationships with recruiting managers, HR, communications, and other key stakeholders.
- Support and help plan recruitment campaigns and activity for services.
- Proactively work with specialist recruitment agencies as and when required.
**Profile**
As recruitment coordinator you should have;
- Previous recruitment coordination, administrator or consultant experience
- Experience of successfully working in a fast pace and high-volume recruitment team
- Experience of working with and influencing hiring managers
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail, low error rates and the ability to work to deadlines.
- Ability to juggle work priorities and demonstrate a sense of urgency
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
- High level of interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse range of people
- Ability to make a positive contribution to your team
- Ability to be flexible and deal with frequent interruptions
- Ability to escalate any issues that cannot be resolved locally as needed
- A commitment to engaging with, understanding and promoting the organisation's values and vision.
- An understanding of and commitment to safeguarding best practice.
- An understanding of the importance of professional integrity in relationships with service users, peers and other relevant professionals.

**Job Offer**
£21000-£25000 per annum
