**EARLY YEARS PRACTITIONER**

Full-time - 35 to 38 hours per week - Monday to Friday

Salary Scale 14 - 16, £12.14 to £12.66 per hour

Various locations across Midlothian

The role is to support and assist in the day-to-day running of the Playroom, creating a welcoming environment for parents and children and contributing to each child’s self-development and level of autonomy.

A qualification in childcare or working towards one and a child protection certificate or commitment to undertake one is essential as is experience of working with young children. An understanding of the difficulties experienced by vulnerable families and good interpersonal and communication skills are also required.

**BANK EARLY YEARS PRACTITIONER / SUPPORT WORKER**

Zero Hours Contract - Monday to Friday

Various hours between 8.00am to 5.30pm

Salary Scale 13 - 16 £12 to £12.66 per hour

(depending on experience and qualifications)

Various locations across Midlothian

We are currently recruiting for multiple early years posts across our 6 Family Learning Centre’s.
