We are building a new Team at Forward House and are looking to recruit 6 Band 5 RMNs who will bring their skills and commitment to recovery with them to the benefit of our service users

Assessment of new referrals using evidence based tools

Developing person centred goal plans that promote hope

Working collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team to achieve timely discharge back in to the community prioritising independence and choice at every step on the clinical pathway

We are able to offer bespoke recovery based training for all of our staff to develop your skills and grow your career within recovery services
