We require a **Personal Assistant** based in one of our regional offices to provide support to a group of Senior Members of staff within the Transportation Division.
The role holder will provide support to a group of senior leadership members, working collaboratively with the wider Transportation admin function. The role requires an experienced and flexible person to take a proactive approach to supporting and working within a high paced office environment ensuring the efficient operation of the Transportation business.
**This role offers flexible working that is 2-3 days in office were based depending upon the need of the business.**
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.**
- Providing an efficient support service to the team, duties will include but are not restricted to:
- Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments.
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
- Complete monthly expenses.
- Tracking and reminding the Senior Member of staff of important tasks, actions and deadlines.
- Compiling and preparing reports, presentations, packs and correspondence.
- Managing databases and filing systems.
- Deputise for other Personal Assistants when necessary.
- Monitoring and reporting on timesheets, PDR appraisals, MySite and other group requirements.
- Liaise with other support staff to provide support when required.

- Able to work well under pressure and prioritise workload accordingly.
- Professional and confident manner.
- Can be trusted to maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Organised and efficient.
- Flexible, approachable and willing to pitch in with all tasks and step away from routine when the pressure is on.
- Positive proactive approach.
- Excellent administration and communication skills.
- Computer literate including working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word. PowerPoint, SharePoint and MS Teams).
- Good team player and willing to support the team.
- Good organisation skills with ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Good time management skills with ability to work to deadlines.
