Are you an Occupational Therapist looking for a new part-time challenge, where you can be a part of meaningful change? Join Sturt House in Walton-on-the-Hill and feel valued and supported as you help people build a brighter future.

You will be working 15 hours across Mondays and Tuesday at Sturt House, a recovery-focused, rehabilitation unit providing specialist mental health treatment for males aged 18 and over. Working as part of a team, you will provide individualised care and treatmentutilising the least restrictive practice principles and safe practice to support Service Users in their recovery.

With experience from the NHS and/or private sector, you will be responsible for managing a complex caseload, which will see you provide assessments, plan, implement interventions, and evaluate outcomes of occupational treatments and therapeutic programmeswithin a group and one-to-one setting.

As an Occupational Therapist, you will create individual rapports to design and deliver facilitated evidence-based group and individual programmes based on their needs and interest to ensure they engage in the care and treatment plans.

With a strong emphasis on teamwork, you'll receive support from a regional network of healthcare professionals and enjoy access to a variety of online and CPD training courses to support you reach your career goals.
- *You may occasionally be expected to work long days to accommodate evening groups._

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- Current HPC registration and full BOAT membership
- Evidence of Continuing Professional Development
- Knowledge and use of a range of OT assessments and outcome measures, for example, MOHO will be required
- Some experience of working in a mental health setting is desirable
- Demonstrate good report writing skills
- A full clean driving licence is desirable
