**Residential Property Valuer - Stockton on Tees - £25,000 basic + company car + commission**

New Residential Property Valuer role to join a well-established and forward-thinking Estate Agent, leading the way through innovation and their outstanding customer service.

They are a highly reputable firm of independent residential estate agents which has established its position as one of the leading estate agents in the Tees Valley with 5 offices in total.

This is a superb opportunity for someone who is currently valuing, to have a more autonomous role and larger patch to operate in.

**What you will be doing**
- Conducting valuations and bringing properties to market
- Liaising with Vendors and Prospective buyers
- Booking and chasing up valuations
- Cross selling financial services, solicitors and auctions
- Identifying opportunities for new business
- Undertaking canvassing of local properties and win new business
- Coaching the other negotiators and valuers in the office
- Prospecting for new business

**What you will have**
- A proven track record in converting valuations to properties on the market
- You are currently working as a valuer so have up to date market knowledge
- Full UK driving licence

**What's in it for you**

- OTE circa £35,000
- Monday to Friday 08:45am to 5:00pm
- Occasional Saturday working 09:00-1:00pm with time back in lieu
