Belac Group Limited is a SME business in Bellshill that specialise in construction and multi utility. We are established by four experienced directors, whom all have extensive years’ experience in the construction and multi utility sectors, we are focused on providing our customers with the highest level of service. Our company is built on a foundation of skill and experience which allows us to deliver high quality solutions on time and within budget.
We are looking to recruit a full time contracts administrator based in our Bellshill office.
Requirements and skills would include:
- Polite telephone manner
- Strong organisational skills
- Good time management and ability to deal with a busy environment
- Strong verbal and written communication and customer service skills
- Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to work as part of a team and on their own
Main jobs will include:
- Answering telephone calls
- Liaising with contract managers, supervisors and engineers daily
- Creating and maintaining project programmes
- Providing progress reports and delivering feedback to clients
- Arranging appointments with tenants and sending letters to confirm
- Coordinating project schedules with everyone in the team
- Raising purchase orders and dealing with suppliers/merchants
- Attend to any ad hoc requests in a timely and polite manner
To be considered for this position you will need to have at least 1 year previous experience within a similar administration role and a full UK driving license.
**Salary**: £18,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
