Costa Coffee - E-Learning Designer
We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Express team as an E-Learning Designer. In this key role you will be responsible for researching and designing of highly effective learning interventions across a blend of methods e.g. Infographics, videos, websites, online modules, virtual classrooms, and workshops. Harnessing your knowledge, you will utilise the most effective communication streams and platforms to deliver fit for purpose e-learning learning content, differentiating through technology.

A bit about the role...
Reporting into the Proposition Executive Lead your main responsibilities will include (but not limited to)
- Collaborate and interact with key stakeholders to design, develop and deliver World Class E-Learning content
- Utilise the latest technology and platforms available to provide effective and measurable content
- Meet regularly with the global stakeholders to ensure the content created and platforms is effective
- Engage with marketing to ensure documentation and content is within Brand Guidelines

- Strong background in L&D with significant experience of designing and delivering digital content for training purposes
- An understanding of how digital content interacts and works with any Learning Management System
- Strong working knowledge of the digital and instructional learning theories and methodologies
- Technically proficient and have working knowledge of eLearning Software (LMS), Microsoft Platforms and Video Editing/Production, Website Creation tools, Adobe Suite using the articulate 360 Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, PremierPro, PhotoShop,) and Storyline
- Proven experience within a Retail or similar fast paced organisation
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
- Strong organising and planning skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
