- Days and Nights available.**Requirements**:

- You must have at least 6 months UK paid experience in the healthcare sector
- We must be able to obtain professional references to cover a three-year period
- To have experience of working in a similar environment

**Summary of the role**
You will be working in private settings support vulnerable adults with Autism, Learning disabilities and challenging behaviour. You will be supporting with daily living tasks such as general cleaning duties, supporting with shopping, attending appointmentssuch as GP appointments, leading and attending chosen activities, support with finances such as daily budgeting, supporting, and assisting with personal care, completing daily notes such as care plans and diaries, communicating with other professionals andfamily members.
You will have the opportunity to build professional relationships with service users ultimately promoting independency, dignity, and the ability for them to live their best life. You will be working with permanent staff that have in depth knowledge of the serviceusers they support therefore you will have complete support and guidance throughout although there is occasional lone working. **Benefits**:
