Macdonald’s Waiters/ Waitress plays a vital role in delivering a great guest experience to all our guests. They have a keen eye for detail, an organised approach and a willingness to exceed our guest’s expectations. Often operating on the front line, they are the real ambassadors of our company and are committed to consistently delivering high standards.

You love to interact with people and your ability to engage with our guests in a confident and approachable manner is the first step to delivering great service. You are also a proactive and committed team player with a ‘can do' attitude - you’re great to have around and both guests and colleagues appreciate your enthusiastic approach.

Delivering a memorable guest experience is important to you. Waiter/waitress take pride in making a difference, paying attention to detail and always seeking to anticipate our guests’ needs.

This role is ideal if waiter/waitress have experience in a similar customer-facing role in hospitality. However, if you have worked in a quality-led customer service role in a different industry and are willing to learn, we will provide you with training and the opportunity to thrive

- Ensure that all guests are met with a warm and genuine welcome
- Provide friendly, attentive service that is tailored to the specific needs of each customer
- Offer advice and recommendations with confidence, based on your full and up to date knowledge of all menus and the hotel products and services
- Prepare and maintain a safe and clean environment before and during service, with full awareness of the relevant Health & Safety and Food Hygiene procedures
- Always present yourself smartly and professionally: you are an ambassador for the company and play a key part in the successful delivery of excellent guest service
