Our Picker Packer plays a crucial role in driving us forward in the UK and is vital to our department’s mission to turn the planet orange You will be picking and packing goods ready to be dispatched so we can keep delivering the exceptional products and services we are known for.

This role is open to those with previous or transferable experience however, Först would also be open to bringing on an enthusiastic trainee to upskill and invest in.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Organise the warehouse in such a manner to facilitate easy verification and movement of stock.
- Picking / Packing of goods to be dispatched to customers.
- Placing of received goods into correct locations.
- Record daily productivity, including completion of all customer information sheets.
- Ensure daily / monthly KPIs are met.
- Once trained, timely booking in of all raw materials and in-coming goods.
- Adapting to the needs of the day; this role is variable in tasks and requirements, the above is only a guideline of standard role responsibilities. This may include earlier starts/later finishes (compensated with overtime pay).

**Relevant experience**

Previous experience in a similar role or industry would be desirable but those with passion for the industry or engineering who are willing to learn will also be considered

Working in a physically demanding role
