- Document care activities accurately and maintain up-to-date records as required.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for residents.
- Utilise IT systems for record keeping and communication purposes effectively.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is essential.
- A good understanding of care plans and the ability to implement them effectively.

Pay: £12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 33 per week
