**Full-Time Dental Receptionist**
**Location: Castle House Clinic, Inverness**
**Position: Full-Time | 40 hours**

With a focus on quality care and the latest dental technologies, we pride ourselves on providing the highest standard of treatment to every patient.

**The Role**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised **Dental Receptionist** to join our team on a full-time basis. As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of the clinic, providing excellent customer service, and supporting our clinicians in delivering both routine and advanced dental care.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greeting and assisting patients in a professional and friendly manner
- Managing appointments and patient records efficiently
- Ensuring the reception area is well-organised and welcoming
- Supporting with administrative tasks and clinic operations
- Managing billing and payments (private and NHS)
- Liaising with the clinical team to ensure excellent patient care
- Assisting with patient communication regarding advanced treatments and procedures

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous experience in a dental receptionist role (preferred, but not essential)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Proficiency in using computer systems (training can be provided for specific software)
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Interest or experience dental treatments (desirable but not essential**:
