Part-time Bookkeeper Opportunity at Music Studio

We are seeking an experienced **part-time bookkeeper** to manage the day-to-day financial operations of our music studio. In this role, you will be responsible for keeping daily sales records up to date and ensuring the overall smooth handling of our business finances.
As a small, close-knit team of 4, we offer a collaborative and creative working environment. Although our primary focus is music production, we also sell online courses and software to the music industry. Your role will be pivotal in helping us manage these multiple revenue streams efficiently.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Accurately update and manage daily sales records
- Assist with the overall financial management and cash flow of the business
- Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger management
- Monitor accounts receivable/payable
- Prepare basic financial reports as needed
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper, preferably in a small business setting
- Proficiency in **Xero** accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
**Working Hours**:
2-3 hours per day, with flexibility within office hours. This is an in-office role located in central Henley.
