**Job description**

Vape Dinner Lady manufactures and sells premium E-Liquids in over 120 countries worldwide. It is a truly Global brand that has won awards in many countries across the globe.

Due to our phenomenal success and growth we have the need to add an Experienced Business Development Manager to our award winning sales team at our £multi-million HQ in Blackburn.

The Business Development is ultimately responsible to ensure the growth and development of the Vape Dinner Lady range of liquids through the proactive sourcing of new customers in **FRANCE**

**You must be fluent in French for this role and available for occasional travel to these countries for Business Meetings & Expo's**

**Main Duties**
- Strategically source and bring on board new Distributors, retailers (online and offline) to stock the Dinner lady, product range.
- Align with the Marketing, Finance & operations Team to ensure an efficient supply chain with timely deliveries.
- Work towards targets, KPI’s and deliverables and exceed them.
- Work with the Account Management team to service existing accounts and extract maximum value and up-sell at all given opportunities
- To represent the Vape Dinner Lady brand in a professional manner at all times
- Assist in the development of the brand including attending Expos as and when required.
- Liaise with the marketing team to maximise brand awareness
- Utilise up to date Business and market intelligence in sourcing of new leads and customers

**Person Spec**:

- **Fluent in French**:

- Experience in a targeted, Business Development role.
- Target and money driven
- With a committed and winning attitude and mindset
- Previous experience in the e-cig industry preferred but not essential
- Excellent written and oral communication skills

The principle place of work will be at the GM Headquarters based in Blackburn and there maybe occasional travel required anywhere in the world.

**Experience**:

- Business development and winning new business: 5 years (preferred)
- sales manager or director level: 3 years (required)
