Smart Teachers is recruiting for a primary school in Lambeth for a Teaching Assistant to work in a mixed year 1 and 2 class, starting as soon as possible until the end of the academic year.

**About the role** This is a full time role

The hours are 8:30-3:30pm Monday
- Friday during term time

You will be supporting 28 pupils in the class that are a mixture of year 1 and 2 students, alongside the class teacher working with small groups of pupils during lesson times

The year 2 students particularly in the class will need additional support with their class work and catch up interventions.

**About the school** School is located in West Norwood, Lambeth

There is some parking available on site, and plenty on the street outside.

School is 2 form entry with a real community feel.

**Requirements** To be considered for the role of Teaching Assistant you will:

- Hold and enhanced child workforce DBS

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

- Experience working in a primary school setting
