About the Role: We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and experienced eCommerce Executive to join our growing team. If you’re tech-savvy, love eCommerce, and enjoy working in a fast-moving environment, this could be the perfect fit for you.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Develop and execute eCommerce strategies to boost online sales and grow our customer base.
- Manage product listings, pricing, and stock levels across platforms like Magento, Sage 200 ERP, and Plytix PIM.
- Analyse sales data to spot trends and find new growth opportunities.
- Work with the team to design web pages and digital assets.
- Partner with our marketing team on digital marketing campaigns.
- Liaise with third-party service providers.
- Continuously optimise the website for better performance and user experience.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and find ways to innovate.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any eCommerce site-related issues.
- Build relationships with key eCommerce partners and vendors.
- Keep an eye on competitors and provide strategic insights to keep us ahead.
- Train and support team members on eCommerce tools and processes.

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- Bachelor’s degree in web development, marketing, or equivalent industry experience.
- 3+ years of experience in eCommerce. If you’ve worked in the renewables or electronics industry, that’s a plus, but not required (we’ll train you).
- Proven success in driving online sales and eCommerce growth.
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS is required.
- Strong familiarity with platforms like Magento and tools like Google Analytics.
- Good understanding of UX design principles.
- Proficiency with prototyping tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
- Great analytical skills - you’re comfortable making data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with different teams.
- Strong project management skills - you’re great at meeting deadlines.
- Passion for tech and a love for learning.
- Experience with SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing strategies would be a bonus.
