**Care Recruitment Coordinator - Southampton - £23,000-£25,000 - 9-5pm Monday to Friday

We are working with a Health and Social Care Services company based in Southampton, and they are looking to recruit a Care Recruitment Coordinator to join their busy team. Ideally you will have experience working within a care environment/industry, or havean understanding, as you will be responsible for recruiting carers for vital services throughout Hampshire. Their mission is to improve individuals lives, and the communities that they are based in so that everyone feels valued.

**The Care Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for**:

- Providing a pro-active recruitment service to both the Home Care and Complex Care departments, working alongside a Care Recruitment colleague.
- Supporting the Head of HR and the Director to develop and deliver impactful recruitment strategies designed to support them to achieve their business needs
- Calling applicants who have applied for care based roles, and discussing their CV, background and suitability for the role
- Arranging and booking in interviews for the relevant managers
- Regularly monitoring and updating the Applicant Tracking System and to arrange and undertake interviews.
- Ensuring the compliance of staff files are in line with the current legislation, maintaining confidentiality and keeping records accurately.
- Contribute to the management of our online job boards, supporting with company recruitment campaigns and the booking of training.

This role offers the opportunity to work from home a couple of days a week, depending on business needs.
